A project starts with a survey on site. We come out, record the load, the access, the soil and the schedule constraints, then come back with a method and a fixed price.
The earlier you give us the window you are aiming for, the better the odds we can hold it. For a quick question or an urgent matter, the phone is still the fastest route.

What we need to know
A call or an email is enough to start. The more precise these are, the faster we can say whether it can be done and in what window.
- What the structure is and what it is used for
- A sense of the load, the dimensions and the year it was built
- The location, the site access and what surrounds the structure
- What has to happen: lift, move, stabilize, rebuild the foundation
- The window you are aiming for and what constrains it
- Drawings, surveys or engineering reports, if you have them
You may well have none of that. We will come out and survey it ourselves.
